Details To Know When Considering A Doves Funeral Policy

By Maria Ludwig

Death is not a pleasant subject, but pleasant or not it cannot be avoided and must be faced. Suppose you were to suddenly die. Someone would have to make all of your burial arrangements. If you want to take care of these things in advance, consider the many benefits that come with a doves funeral policy.

Once you own a good plan you are not causing undue financial problems for your loved ones. Funerals are expensive because there are so many things involved and this can be far more than you have in savings today. Most people would not want to leave this world and create hardships.

Deaths often accompany times of mourning and this is one of life's most stressful times. When things are difficult for your family, the last thing they need is to worry about burial expenses and arrangements. You can remove this burden from their shoulders when you have a good plan.

You have choices when it comes to policies. For example, if you choose a family plan you can have 10,000 rand cover. However, this may not be enough and you may wish to choose a plan that is worth 18,000 rand. This will provide cover for you and your spouse also.

Your family plan includes children and will cover up to six. If you have children that are at least 14 years old they will receive the same cover as you and your spouse. Kids from 6 to 13 will receive as much as 12,000 rand. Those that are less than six years of age can have 3500 rand cover and the plans will also pay 1500 in case there is a stillborn birth in the family.

Single parents can receive the benefits also. Cover and premiums are similar to those of family plans. Cover for extended family members is also available. There is a 60 day waiting period for those under 65 and 90 days for those over 65, and repatriation is not included.
